This blog is not what the title might have led you to believe.  It is not about female infanticide or low sex ratio.

Rather, it is about the loss of a very instinctive and important part of being of woman, the essence of feminine energy.

To those of you who might not be aware of it, it is to women, what being macho or masculine is to men.

What is considered 'manly' behaviour being aggressively dominant and competitive, career oriented, ambitious, and focused. To not express emotions is also considered manly.

However, nowadays, aren't these traits being very easily seen in women too? Isn't being masculine something young and independent women aspire to become?

While aspects of it are luring, to have control of one's finances, and have a good career is certainly admirable, however we have forgotten what is actually is, to be a woman.

And no, to be feminine, doesn't mean applying skincare and having makeup products worth thousands of rupees.

Rather, being in one's feminine energy reflects confidence and self assurance. When a woman is in her feminine energy, she lets herself recieve.

Being feminine, is being vulnerable. Opening up your heart to pour out and receive all the love people are wanting to offer to you, without being scared of heartbreak.

Feminine energy is wildly creative, she gets the best ideas when she is in her feminine energy. Femininity is about being naturally intuitive, just knowing something good or bad is about to happen. Femininity is manifesting everything you want with your mind.

Females are empathetic, they understand what people go through, they can relate and listen and just make the person feel lighter.

Nowadays, I feel women are so into their masculine nature, that they forget to be on the recieving end. This also includes me. It includes every woman. We need to just reflect into our nature and manifest good things in our future.

Love

Harshita.
